Residents can either submit maintenance requests through our online resident portal, or simply give us a call, and we will be more than happy to assist. We also offer Emergency Maintenance Service, and our team can assist with urgent service requests 24 hours a day.
You do not have to be present when work orders are being completed. We do require you to give us 'Permission to Enter' if you're not going to be home.
Yes, we offer a convenient-access, covered parking structure for our residents. Standard parking fees are $75/Month. Premium, reserved parking is available for $150/Month.
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. Residents and their furry companions can also enjoy our on-site Dog Park and Pet Spa.
We charge monthly pet rent of $30 for a cat and $50 for a dog. Residents are required to pay a $250 non-refundable Pet Registration Fee (per Pet) at Move-In. We also have a 50-pound weight limit, and breed restrictions apply.
All of our residences feature a stainless steel Whirlpool appliance package, which includes a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a full-size Washer & Dryer.
Our lease terms range from 12 to 18 Months. We do also offer shorter term leases through our Singh Suites/furnished housing division. For more information, please click here.
Our expansive fitness center features a variety of strength and cardio equipment and is available to residents 24 hours a day.
Appointments are recommended, so we can ensure our team is prepared to assist you. However, walk-ins are always welcome!
Once all necessary paperwork has been submitted, our typical application processing time is approximately 48-72 hours.
Residents are responsible for electricity, gas, and water. Each utility service is metered individually and not included in the rent.
Xfinity and At&t Fiber are both available.
Residents can provide their guests easy and secured access to the building through our Butterfly access control system. Designated guest parking is available on Tiffany Lane.
